Children are a welcomed and vital part of our worship at Brunswick Church. We offer classes and care for the youngest, Early Childhood, and a children’s worship, Xtreme Worship, for the older ones. We also provide children with a “worship bag” of activities to help enrich their worship experience should they choose to stay with family or friends in the Worship Center.
Xtreme worship (1st – 5th grades)
Sundays @ 8:30am and 11:00am (Will be taking a hiatus for July, will begin again the second Sunday of August)
In Xtreme Worship, kids experience the power and energy of God in a large group setting. Each worship experience has…
High drama Bible lessons (drama, video, or object lesson)
Experiential learning where kids make BIG discoveries, and multi-sensory lessons that WOW kids and keep them coming back, week after week
It’s BIG surprise…BIG excitement…and God’s Word presented in BIG-time cool ways that kids love!
Early Childhood (Birth – Kindergarten)
Sundays @ 8:30 & 11:00am
We welcome the privilege of ministering to your child with the love of Jesus. Our goal in the Early Childhood department is for each child to practically experience God’s love from the people caring for them. Our Early Childhood department provides a loving, nurturing and age-appropriate environment for each age group, with the addition of age-appropriate lessons for our older two classrooms.

TLC - Daycare
Our purpose is to offer the community a non-profit Christian day care for children on a first come first serve basis. We will seek to meet the social, emotional, physical and spiritual needs of all children by employing caring, qualified adults, who will not only teach them about Jesus, but their ABC’s, and their 123’s and lessons that they will carry with them through out their lives. This is all done through a variety of activities such as art, center activities, Bible stories and lessons, outdoor play, and love.
TLC Christian Day Care Center is sponsored by the Brunswick Presbyterian Church and is licensed by the State of NY for up to 31 children. We care for children ages 8 weeks to 5 years of age.
Our hours of operation are from 7 AM to 5:30 PM Monday-Friday.
We provide a healthy breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack, approved by the Child and Adult Care Food Program, which is governed by the state of NY.

Surrender Youth Group
Youth Group is the place for middle and high school students to gather for games, discussion, and service. Join in as we discuss issues relating to youth and see what God’s Word has to say about them. We also look to do some small service projects that help us make a difference. Join us on Wednesday nights from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in the Old Sanctuary.
Each week at 10 am, between our two Sunday Worship services, we offer small groups for youth. If you feel God is calling you to serve those at such a critical time in their lives and in their faith journey, please contact Niki Campbell.
Monday nights twice a month Youth 180 meets at a house offsite. 180 is a group of youth committed to learning how to build a strong faith in Jesus and share their faith story with friends. Contact Kevin Ware for more info.
The youth of Brunswick Church come together periodically to worship our Lord Jesus Christ in a unique, youth-led worship experience called Surrender Worship. Young musicians and vocalists lead in sung praise, young preachers lead their friends in enthusiastic praise, and others offer their artistic and technical gifts to enhance the worship with visual arts. Surrender Worship Team planning sessions are for all interested high school students, time and day of the week to be determined.
Periodically through out the year there will be a game night for certain ages at the Kiehls home (or elsewhere). It is a fun time to bring out the board games with a new twist. Watch the youth mail bulletin for the next game night.

Why Membership Matters
Does it really matter if I’m a member or not? Why do I have to take a class to even become a member? Why do I have to sign anything? People often ask these questions about our membership process, skeptical as to why there seem to be so many “hoops” to jump through.
It’s true. We take membership seriously and with a lot of gravity. Committing yourself to a body of believers is weighty. But it’s also wonderful. When folks at Brunswick join, they commit to a spiritual family that provides encouragement and support. They are called to a biblical degree of responsibility, service and sacrifice to their brothers and sisters. Our elders and leaders also pledge to assist our members with care, counsel, prayer and teaching.
As you think about joining Brunswick Church, we offer a class twice a year that covers what it means to be a member of our community. We look at our mission, basic beliefs, and theological distinctives. We want you to know what is required to join before you make a decision. You will be paired with a mentor throughout the process and there is not obligation to join at the end of the class.
